Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within: 2 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 5 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

** Refund or Exchange **

Our priority is our customer’s satisfaction but if you are unhappy with your order, if the item you received was not what you expected or defected, notification must be given to us within 2 days of confirmed delivery date. Items must be returned unused within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the product. If it was our mistake then we will pay for the return postage otherwise it will be the customer’s responsibility.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR SIZES

** Please be sure you review your order carefully and if you are unsure of a size or color, please contact us prior to placing your order
** Please review mockups on custom orders carefully. We will redesign until it meets your approval. After approval no more revisions will be done.

** Cancellation **
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been submitted, I will refund you the full amount as long as the order has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped, your account will be credited once the item has been returned minus the shipping cost.
